So Far So Good!

Ok so it's only been three days but I must celebrate the small things to keep going.

I have worked out each of these days and eating pretty well (although not perfect) except today due to outside activities - cheerleading practice, business meeting, hosting a conference call, making dinner for the hubs and completing notes for tomorrow's class. And my body feels GREAT!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE a little bit of muscle soreness to remind me that the work I am doing is paying off and changing my body.

So that was all I had to say today :) Just wanted to share and I hope this can be encouraging to someone. Have a fabulous rest of the week!

It's Time!

The last two months have been HARD. Hands down HARD. I have allowed myself to work 12-14 hrs/day and have sacrificed my fitness and my sanity for the sake of a career. It stops today. I has to.

The first wealth is health. That has been my quote for over a year now and I've lost sight of it. Without my health (physical, mental) and a strong body, I have nothing. What good will lots of money and success do if I am not able to enjoy it? It is time to refocus. Time to set my eye on the prize.

There are 20 lbs standing in between me and my goal of reaching my pre-marriage weight. It is time. Time to buckle down, resist the urge to do nothing and do something!

Today started a new 30 day cleanse with a 9 day kickstart... and I'm going to throw in some good workouts to support my physical fitness. Maybe some P90X, TurboJam or TurboFire. Maybe some Brazil Butt Lift. I have things that are proven to get the job done, now it's time to DO IT!
