So Far So Good!

Ok so it's only been three days but I must celebrate the small things to keep going.

I have worked out each of these days and eating pretty well (although not perfect) except today due to outside activities - cheerleading practice, business meeting, hosting a conference call, making dinner for the hubs and completing notes for tomorrow's class. And my body feels GREAT!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE a little bit of muscle soreness to remind me that the work I am doing is paying off and changing my body.

So that was all I had to say today :) Just wanted to share and I hope this can be encouraging to someone. Have a fabulous rest of the week!
